Q: Can I return for money back?
A: Please see our return policy for more details but at this time we only offer store credit or exchange if unworn and the return process must be started within 7 days of receiving the shoes
Q: How do VEJAs run?
A: They run a full size smaller than your shoe size so please size up one size.
Q: Can I return a sale shoe?
A: Our sale shoes are final sale.
Q: What dress shoes work well for a wide cut?
A: Girls: Ruth, Brunellis, and some Manuela cuts
Boys: Andanines, Brunellis, and Manuela
Q: Can I buy two sizes and return one if I am not sure what size to get?
A: It will only be returnable for store credit, so if that doesn’t work for you, we suggest buying one and exchanging if needed. If you need to exchange once you get the first pair in the mail if you send us tracking information, we will send out the second pair.
Q: My snap broke on my Mary Jane.
A: All shoe brands with snaps have the possibility to malfunction therefore the brands send us extra snaps in case of problems. Please be in touch and we will send you a new snap to be taken to the shoe maker, we will cover shoe maker fees – the fees should range between $5 - $10
Q: How do I use my Laced Shoe Gift Card?
A: Laced shoe eGift Cards don't expire, have no fees and are redeemable in stores and online at Laced Shoe. Just present your Gift Card to any salesperson at the time of purchase. If you are purchasing online, your Gift Card must have an access code. Gift Cards may not be returned, applied as payment on any account or redeemed for cash, except where required by law. If lost, stolen or damaged, Gift Cards can be replaced for the remaining value with satisfactory proof of purchase. To use a Gift Card or eGift Card online, enter the card number during Checkout.
Q: The Holidays are here and I don't have time to mail back my return before it starts.
A: No worries, our policy extends for 7 days after the Holidays.
Q: I have a special needs child, When would be the best time to come shop?

Q: What is a Credit Card Authorization?
A: Once your order is placed, a pre-authorization (pending charge/hold) for the full amount will be applied to your credit card. Depending on your financial institution, this pre-authorization is usually removed automatically within 7 days.
Q: When will my credit card be charged?
A: Your credit card will be charged for the cost of each item as it ships. You may see multiple credit card charges if you have an order that contains multiple items that are shipped at different times.
